• Information we collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users – such as to set up a user account, personal profile, contact users, satisfy your requests and etc., therefore, in order fulfill those services above, we may share certain genres of personal information with Google (Google Analytics, GCP service), Amazon (AWS platform), IFTTT and CONRAD Connect.

For example, many of our services require you to sign up for a registration. If you want to take full advantage of our sharing features we offer, we may also ask you to provide us with certain information to submit the service.

We’ll automatically receive and record certain information from your browser when you interact with our service, some of those automatically collected information may not be personal information depending on the service’s nature.

When we collect usage information, we only use those data in aggregate form but not to identify you personally. For example, this aggregate data enable us to know how often customers use parts of our service, so we can make the service eye-catching to as many customers as possible. We may also provide this aggregate information to our partners and give them a clear picture of how often our users use their services and our services; in that case, we can provide our users with an optimum online experience. When you choose to use our invitation service to invite a friend to the service, we will ask you for invitee's email address and send an email invitation automatically. We’ll store this information to send this email, to register your friend when your invitation is accepted, and also to track the success of our invitation service. However, your friend may still contact us and request us to remove this information from our database at info@myspotcam.com.

• How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them, and to develop new ones. We’ll neither sell nor rent your personal information to anyone. We only share your personal information listed in the personally identifiable form with third parties described below:

• Affiliated Businesses (not controlled by SpotCam) :

In certain situations, our affiliated businesses may sell items or provide services to you (either by themselves or jointly with us). For example, when we sell products or provide services jointly with affiliated businesses, you will recognize when an affiliated business is associated with such a transaction or service, in that case, we will share your personal information with that affiliated business only to the extent that it is related to such transaction or service. We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain SpotCam services.

• Advertisers:

We may allow advertisers to choose the demographic information of users who will see their advertisements and we may provide information we have collected from you to an advertiser in non-personally-identifiable form, so the advertiser can select the appropriate audience for its advertisements.

• Agents:

When we employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf, we will need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you.
